Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping within the United States.
Delivery time is estimated with best effort and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Third-Party: FedEx, YunExpress, DHL, TNT, UPS 
  • Delivery Time: 3-12 working days
  • Shipping Time: United States(6 - 8 working days)
  • Packing size over 39in (100cm), will be shipped by sea


If the package has arrived in the United States. At the time of delivery of the package, if it is consistent with the legal holiday in the country, the package will be delivered after the holiday. 

At present we only provide transportation in United States.

SECTION 2 Here are some products that take longer than average. 

Out of Stock Products

Although we strive to maintain an inventory of all listed products, we sometimes sell out certain products.
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will send you an email update as soon as possible.
You can then choose to continue and reserve the order or cancel the order.
If you keep this order, we will notify our cooperating manufacturer as soon as possible for production. And do our best to ship quickly.

 

SECTION 3 How long does it take for me to receive the package? 

Estimated Delivery Time = Delivery Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)

Orders has to be processed before it is shipped. The time you wait before receiving the package is made up of Delivery Time and Shipping Time.

Once the package arrives in the destination country, import taxes, duties and related customs charges may be levied.  These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. 

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at support@kokolamp.com  For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. 
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
