1.Where is your company/store located?

Before the COVID-19 pandemic our company was in Los Angeles, now our company is in Hong Kong.You may be worried because our company is in Hong Kong, but please rest assured that considering your worries as well as concerns, we will send you an order confirmation email or order SMS confirmation message to your cell phone after you have placed your order. After your order is successfully processed and shipped, we will update you with your logistics tracking number by email or SMS. When your shipments are about to deliver, we will also update you with the logistics dispatch notification in the email and SMS.

2.Do you have a showroom?

We had a showroom in Los Angeles before COVID-19

But after that we closed the showroom.

But don't worry, we are a real factory, please check the attached pictures.

So we can offer good price and products, we also release some new products regularly and I will keep my designer clients informed.

We have a lot of designer and contractor clients. They all buy our products in large quantities too.
